I didn‘t receive the Club Member Reward Evolution

I got about 600 hours on fc24 and i also pre ordered a year ago but still i dont have my club member reward evolution??

I did not receive the club member rewards including the evolution “club member reward”

I did play both FC24 and FC25 in time.

@ea please fix this, there are many more loyal customers missing this (see many order topics Here)
