Community ManagerHey @phoqkhan, Please make sure that you log in with the correct account when you watch those streams. Check the Connections tab in your EA Account settings to see if you see your linked account.

Hello @EA_Pulsar thanks for the reply. I was in the correct account. I get the rewards with the same account for the last FC Pro tournament which took place nearly a month ago. There was no problem back then but this time I couldn't get the 1 hour reward. I only use one youtube account and it is connected to my ea account. As I said I got 15 minutes watch reward Loan Benzema. There was a problem with the one hour reward even if I watch the stream nearly two hours.
My account is linked correctly as well, and I did not receive either the 15 minute or 1 hour reward, despite watching the live stream for more than 2 hours.

You can see I only watched the streams yesterday and total time watched was greater than 2 hours.
