I watched 1 hour of Matchweek one group A livestream on YouTube and I haven’t received any rewards, despite interacting with the livestream, I’ve had this issue with the other previous rewards and I never received those even after complaining

Check the Connections tab in your EA Account settings to see if you’ve already linked an account.
Please remember that there may be a 24-hour processing delay. Log out, log back in, and restart your game to ensure that everything is synchronized correctly.

Accounts are linked correctly. Rewards claimed in twitch and not coming through.
yesterdays rewards are the first time I’m having any issues getting my twitch drops rewards to EA FC.
you got a problem with those. Fix it.

I’ve checked everything is linked as last season I had the same issue but only got the 15 minute rewards, so it’s clearly not a new issue

@EA_PulsarPlease examine and fix this issue immediately because it is also blocking the path for total group reward. Do not ignore people here. People spent money and time for this game. They should get a treatment according to it not just simple generic repeating answer all the time.

I've contacted EA chat support and firstly representative claimed that I do not have a linked youtube account. After that I've sent screenshots to him which prove that my youtube account is linked to my ea account. After those screenshots he just gave me a generic answer which says that they are working on the issue which means that it will not be solved. Messages can be seen below.
- I just checked our team and yes, we have also received similar contacts from other players. The good thing is that our involved team is aware of the problem and already working on a fix for it. So you don't have to worry as the problem is not on your side and will be solved really soon.
- Sometimes this happens from the server end for which we have a particular team and our team is working on this issue and I believe it will not take much longer and will be fixed soon so that you can enjoy the game. Please be assured as we have our best team for such issues.
- We are currently working on identifying all of the affected players from our database. Can I get the email address associated with the Origin/EA Account to check if we are working on correct account?

@EA_PulsarStill did not get missing reward from youtube stream. I also got rewards from yesterday's stream and only that one is missing to complete the object group. But no one trying to solve the issue.
