I didn’t get FC Pro rewards for one hour watch

Hello. I’ve watched nearly watched the stream for 2 hours from youtube and I’ve refreshed the stream time to time just to be sure. However, even if I get the Benzema loan reward, I didn’t get the 1 h...

After claiming your rewards, please make sure to log out and then log back in to re-sync your account.

Additionally, double-check that you are logged in with the correct account linked to your YouTube or Twitch. Many players use different accounts for watching the stream than the one with the registered game. 

Check the Connections tab in your EA Account settings to see your linked accounts.

@EA_Pulsar watched the entirety of the stream on Monday via YouTube and neither the 15 minute nor 60 minute objectives have been awarded for my account, is there really nothing being done for this other than being told to "make sure that you log in with the correct account when you watch those streams" ?
