Hey there, If this is not the first time when you have experienced similar issues, please verify that your accounts are linked properly and that you claim your rewards as outlined on the page. You can find more information on how to link your accounts for Twitch here and YouTube here.

Check the Connections tab in your EA Account settings to see if you’ve already linked an account.

Please remember that there may be a 24-hour processing delay. Log out, log back in, and restart your game to ensure that everything is synchronized correctly.
