I didn’t get FC Pro rewards for one hour watch

I watched every minute of both day one and day two of the Live Pro event and have only been compensated for for my time for the first day. Anyone else have a similar issue. I tried contacting the admin who posted about the events and haven't received a response to my inquiry. Wouldn't mind that extra 50k pack I'm due.
