I didn’t get my squad battle rewards

I logged on my ps5 and gone on fifa as normal then I go to claim my squad battle rewards to see there not there this is my first time I came on today I don’t know if I got hacked or someone went on my account but I would be happy if I got compensation or my rewards back that all really reach back when you see this.
