I didn't think your customer service was that bad.

I am having difficulty logging into my FIFA account or Sony account because I don't have access to my old email. Sony took care of the problem for me. The problem is EA, your service is appalling. The chat is so annoying. Your representatives are always in your face. In the middle of the conversation, the chat gets stuck. I expected a little more from you as a company that releases the same game every year and makes a lot of money. I would be happy if someone could send me a link to chat directly with them to try to sort this out. If my problem isn't solved, I don't see myself continuing to buy the game.
