I have a problem with the appearance of my players
My players appear grey with “ not found” on the top of the card … even when I’m opening my packs I couldn’t know if it is Gold or promo because every thing is grey , I will get depression

To fix that, please try deleting and re-downloading the squad update or deleting corrupt files.
If that doesn't work, a full reinstall of the game might help.
