Yeah, this is new from what I can tell. I have been asking every cheater to become friends (90% don't). I got a few to add me and I get in a group and guess what? They live in India or south America. I wish they could fix matchmaking. If they let us apt out of matching with people on VPN I have a feeling it would make things so much better.
Reporting them does nothing, and still no reply from EA after months.
