I need a solution to glitch causing wrong content application

I was trying to apply an evolution to a card and when I went to go click into it it froze so I hit the back button. It took me back to the preview screen and then I tried to go back in and it said do you want to accept. Considering I wasn’t into the evolution yet or seeing any card on my screen, I said yes. And then it applied it to some random card. How can this be undone or fixed?
