I need help transferring and converting my points

Even though I bought FC points and activated the code, my FC points were not transferred to my account. I am still waiting. I closed the game and opened it, I reset my PS, but it is still not coming ...

The most common mistake is people buy 24 points. Double check that you bought 25. You might need to contact support if you did buy the correct year.

I received 25, the verification process did not reflect on my account, the code entered appears in my code history.
