Season pass service unavailable
Yesterday I upgraded from the Xbox series S to the Series X and loaded up EA FC 25 Ultimate team and went to check my progress on the season pass and I got the message The season pass is currently unavailable and you will not be able to earn progression towards your season pass.
this is highly frustrating as I paid for the premium pass Thursday and now I haven’t been able to use it for the past 24 hours.
ive tried contacting ea but I’m not getting any clear help and the last contact I made directed me here.
if anyone could help or shed some light on my situation it would be much appreciated

Could you follow these steps and provide your exact timestamp when you did? Include your time zone as well, for example, “at 11:36 AM UTC”.- Launch FC 25 and connect to EA Servers
- Enter Ultimate Team
- Enter Clubs (Pro Clubs)
- Enter EA Hub (Seasonal track)
Please also provide your EA ID/Gamertag/PSN ID.
