I preordered fc 26 ultimate edition 10 days ago and still didnt get the rewards.

So 10 days ago on 8.8.2025m i preordered fc 26 ultimate edition on ps app (I dont have access to my ps5 right now) and I heard that it takes around 1-5 days for rewards (99 shoting evo and 93+ icon p...

Hey s_moataz93​,

So you preordered FC 26 on your PS5. Are you also playing FC 25 on the same PSN ID that placed the preorder? You need to log in to FC 25 using the same PSN ID that placed the preorder to unlock these rewards.

Are you sharing access to the game from a different PSN ID on your console by any chance? 

Did you check the order history and confirm that the preorder went through? If you placed your preorder recently, it might take some time to process.
