I’ve ordered fc 26 around 4-4:30pm last night and I haven’t received anything

I’m sure I bought the ultimate edition and I restarted my PlayStation I need help

i already checked if I bought it with the same psn/ea account

Did you also check your preorder status on the PlayStation's order history?

The preorder might still be processing, or something could've gone wrong, and it must have been placed by August 26, 2025, at 9:00 p.m. PT. Our preorder guide here asks for at least 24 hours to deliver the content.

Please also check for any additional content for FC 25 to download manually.
