I put incisive pass on gullit and nothing happened…

I played some games, i won rewards from level 3 of season 10( incisive pass, pinged pass and tiki taka). I put incisive pass on gullit, he has only 9 playstyles, so it was eligible and nothing happened. I don t have incisive pass on gullit, this is not ok, please repair this problem. Thank you.
