I put my become immortal player into another Evo and I lost his rarity((

EA help not providing any response to this whatsoever is such a slap in the face to us. Whatever man, SMH.

Someone suggested in another thread ea should do a pop up explaining evos. They usually do one of those QR codes that lead to the evo faq. Maybe they didn’t do that this time but that’s a good suggestion. They normally have those in game in the news section or a pop up when a new promo comes out. 

If EA wants to be consistent about it; having it in the notes, they should at least implement a simple visual warning in-game when such “irreversible” Evolutions are done, and to highlight which statuses would be affected. We’re in the era of artificial intelligence and yet such simple things can’t be implemented? Graphics are not difficult for a company as big as EA, solutions can be suggested and done to make users happy (if they’re even serious about user-feedback). You miss a deadline, it’s understandable. These kind of minor user errors can be resolved quite easily and yet. Not “everyone learned this from youth academy evo”, and not everyone played the game at the same time or stage. 

Same issue, Advisor won’t do anything to help and only say it’s a backend issue which they can’t settle. They only offer verbal assistance like oh I’m sorry you did that. Waste of time. Errors made by EA are supposed to be fine and acceptable to users. But when users make errors, EA simply ignores and refuse to provide alternative solutions. 

Rubbish way to implement these systems, a simple undo option, but it will remove the existing evo would’ve been god send. The developers won’t give a shoot about this kind of feedback from users mainly because it doesn’t benefit them financially. Suggestion of even having to pay a certain amount of coins to undo would’ve been a solution but as usual the EA team and developers are crap at user interaction and user feedback.

I did the same thing, absolutely gutted, me and my son were looking forward to doing the objectives together over his end of term holidays.

Lost Gavi to the exact same evolution. I tried to get help on chat and they said devs are looking into it... one can only hope now. I wish I was warned though :(

Duuude, we don't live to play FIFA. If you are a normal person that maybe has 1 hour per day to play, you wouldn't be able to read ALL, watch content creators... i mean, that is not healthy. This is just a minor issue that definitelly can be patched.

It is logical that only the destined Evos work... cmon boys how "stupid" can you be lol. Obviously you can only do the Immortel Evo for the Immortal card. Otherwise you could make a Hulk...

I accidentally evolved a character in the evo quest "Become the Immortal" and then evolved it with traits and couldn't complete the objectives for that evo. Is there any way to fix this?
