I reached level 7 on season 5 but I didn't fully get my bundled rewards

I just reached level 7 on season 5 but I didn't get my full bundled rewards. Out of all the rewards I only got the shirt, that's it. I tried playing a game so that maybe if it's late updating it would update after a game but still nothing.
