The game lagged out and swapped my squad to my alt squad and it had no players, I did an sbc on the app and did exclude team players and i submitted without the team warning popping up. What do I do I lost all my sbc players and red players. I also finish muller and he went in, didn’t even get to play a game with him. Pls help me desperate
The players I lost (pos) 95 grealish, 95 lehman, 97 bastoni red, 95 rudiger red, 96 Pedri, 95 Tomori, 95 dinho, 96 musiala, 96 muller, 95 James and 94 nkunku. Very distressing times and will never play the game again if nothing is done 😡
Ps: I have also spent a lot of money in this account all for it to go to waste, appalled by the lack of control the companion app has, absolute disgrace 😡😡😡

Unfortunately we can't restore players that have been submitted in an SBC. If you look at our article on the topic:
- All SBC submissions are final. Once you complete an SBC, the Items you submit are permanently removed from your Club in exchange for rewards. Our advisors can’t restore Items you’ve submitted.
Unfortunately I can only recommend that you're more careful in the future.
Surely I could at least get compensation as it was not my fault the game glitched my squads around?
Like a shapeshifter pack or pick at bare minimum
