I want a refund for the game and all the packs

Enough is enough EA sports I have spent £100 on your game and £250 on packs and am tired of these games you make full of bugs and glitches and worst of all the gameplay you say all this stuff is improved it's got worse every year and this year is the worst and now the game is just unplayable I can't deal with this it's stressing me out and makes me depressed I want to break everything I see down to your game it shouldn't make people feel like this I know 100% there are 1000s of people who feel the same out there you just don't listen because you can't take criticism I don't enjoy your game and I am disappointed after buying your games for 28 years and it's time to stop making football games just move away from football games yeah your graphics are perfect but everything about the gameplay is so wrong the passing is the worst it's ever been and the defending system is broken you try standing tackle your player stands there and sliding tackles always a foul so whats the point also the button registration is the worst it's ever been it's like a 3-5 second delay button registration look you will never fix it and I come to conclusion I don't want your game nomore I want my money back as the game is not what it says it is...
