I was given the rewards of another rank

Question

Hi, I play in EA FC 25 Showroom because I can't afford the game.
The mode it happened in was Squad Battles. I have screenshots that show I placed between Elite Rank 1 and Top 200, but you can't see the points I earned. But when they gave me the rewards, they gave me the Gold 1 reward. Can someone help me? Because it's really put me off playing. Thank you very much.

Do you know scores are live? &nbsp;Meaning if you play all your games on the first day you can finish elite. Then when everyone else plays their games they pass your score and drop your rank down. I am not sure if this is what you are experiencing or if you really received the wrong rewards.&nbsp;

Ofc i know but i do 18k points in squad battles and they give me gold 1 rewards, today it happens another time
