I win games and it shows me that I lost

Hello,I was just playing some champions today and after a sweaty game which I finally won after pens, the game just logs me out of ultimate team and after i log back on it tells me that i DNF'd and it counts as a lost game.EA please fix your game because it's really annoying to lose a match that you won,especially after like 20 mins of playing
