I won but it counts as aloss

Hello, i was in a promotion game in division rivals and I won 7-5 if I remember so as the average person would conclude I would’ve been promoted. No I was told that the ea servers could not fulfill my request And I was logged out and when I came back in I was not promoted but it counted as a loss and I got nothing for the game. I have proof in a 3 minute video
