exact same thing happened to me i won 2-0 and then it said "the ea servers are unable to process your request at the current moment. please try again later." then i got kicked out of ultimate team and when i logged back in it said i dnf'd the last game and it counted as a loss i was gonna get promoted to div 2 aswell
