icon pick and purchased players not there?

hi i did a icon player pick last night and once completed it i didnt get the icon pick and my game bugged and i couldnt discard a pack i opened . i brought pele along with other players and they are not in my club and ive lost the coins.could you help? ive since been able to discard the pack but i still dont have the icon pick i dont have the pele i brought and theres a players stuck on my transfer market that i cant claim or discard ect
