During past week, I was trying hard to get at least one a Toty player that can push my team performance up, I got 0 Toty and it's okay, I know some players get lucky and some not,
but what I'm not okay with, making me playing against player with same level as I am but with team of 3 or 4 Toty players in front, this is not fair, don't give me Toty player, but put me against players with similar team as mine

While it would be nice to play teams with the same rating that is a far worse way to do matchmaking. In the older fifas people use silvers and bronze players to lower their team rating to play starter bronze teams. After that matchmaking no longer takes into account team rating.
My only request is to play against similar teams, I found it unfair to play vs 4 TOTY where he's able to score at any chance when I'm struggling to build up and trying hard to score

It is frustrating seeing TOTY Bale on every team as well; but I realized I've done 5 of the 88+ Icon Picks which had I saved my fodder I could have Bale too instead of the random Icons I did get. I did get Thierry Henry in this last one so that's better than all the discards. . .lol.
When it comes to TOTY I've done so many of the 83x10s, 82x20s, league upgrades and hit none and constantly see people who were lucky. I'm in Div 3 which means, most people there with me grind this game and many of them spend ALOT more money than me. So I understand they very likely may have TOTY's and I don't.
Unfortunately, it is part of this game. If you are in a higher Div and don't spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars, you'll likely always be facing these teams with all the top end promo cards. That's where the grinders are, the upper divisions. Div 3 is arguably the best "bang for your buck" rewards so many of them just stay there and purposefully don't get promoted.
