Doubt about Division Rivals

Good evening guys, I encountered a problem in division rivals, I was about 1 or 2 games away from going up from division 2 to division 1. Yesterday I redeem the rivals rewards and automatically after redeeming the rewards it caused me to be downgraded to division 3. Is this normal?&nbsp;

At the end of the season you drop a division or two depending on your division.&nbsp;
