Immortal Lost Icon Status

I recently completed the 94 Immortals Evo for my Arturo Vidal… I placed the Seasons Excellence Skin on him and he has lost his Icon Status…

Does anybody know how I can raise this with EA via a live chat or raise it officially via a ticket? I want the Seasons Excellence Skin removing and go back to the Icon Status.

It is shocking how easy people have managed to mess up these Immortal Evo stages, EA can you please address this and give them full Icon Status regardless of Skin?
