Ineligible evo, now I cant complete the Immortals evolution

as many have ive completed all the relevant things to complete the immortals evolution all the way up to icon status.  Used a lot of fodder to complete the SBC version instead of using 500k coins  ...

I'v been same issue, i skip CAM EVO by mistake then my player stuck in 90 overall .

I think there is technical issue .

Note: all EVO i did it from immortal event.
