Ineligible evo, now I cant complete the Immortals evolution

as many have ive completed all the relevant things to complete the immortals evolution all the way up to icon status.  Used a lot of fodder to complete the SBC version instead of using 500k coins  ...

Seen so many comments on here of people going through the same and there's been no solutions up to now, I'm hoping it doesn't get sorted and it doesn't take weeks
