Community ManagerHey @minneyyHave you tried deleting the previous save file, also from the cloud, to see if that helps? It might have been damaged in some way.
Can you also test another profile or account on your console to see if you encounter the same error while loading the game?

EA_Pulsar I still dont get it, you want us to do troubleshooting, resetting the router, delete cache, delete files, and so on, but we the consumers shouldn't´t worry about these kind of problems, I never did and never had this kind of negative experiencie while playing online in console. I feel like EA doesn´t care about fixing problems, because this problem is clearly not because of the players, because there are many players in America that have the same problem, different users with different internet service providers. Don´t you see the problem is most probably because EA did something wrong in the last week since september 12th? Trying us to do worry about configurations, troubleshooting, is completely wrong.
