Input delay, Controller delay

Hello,

For your information and for others, I’m playing on pc.

I’ve had this problem since last night (14 October 2024), when I play squad battles all is fine. As soon as I jump in to a rivals game, I lag really hard. My players don’t do the things I press on my controller. For example I try to pass with my goalie, he kicks it sideways after like 2-3 seconds. I try changing a player by clicking RB on my controller, not working. 
I try to dribble, the player does nothing and then proceeds to do stuff after 2-3 seconds. I try to slide tackle, my player slide tackles after 2-3 seconds. 

I first thought there was something wrong with my controller, so I bought a new one. Still the same problem. I bought a new USB C Cable, still the same problem. This problem occurred out of nowhere last night for me, and has been like this since then. I tried everything in settings and nothing seems to be working. 

any solutions?
