Input delay

Are you experiencing speed up lag? Where the game freezes and then speeds up to catch up or are your players just feeling sluggish?

I don't know how many posts I have seen with people explaining issues here on these forums.

I am actually wondering why the team hasn't looked into the code of the game.

Mate, you could have a 1ms ping and the game will still be heavy. It's the game. It isn't our connections. Sure some will have connection issues but 90% of issues are in the code. The game is heavy which gives it the feeling of lag as input delay.

I am seeing more and more issues with the game actually acknowledging your button presses. Animations have to happen before your input. Yet the defenders Animations will happen first every time. Blocking everything. Just meh this year.

Without actually testing your connection, we can't rule out any issues. Please let me know if you change your mind.

@blue166 I have really good fibre and this happens to me too.

My friend has internet connection I'd wager is second only to NASA and he has it too.

They know it ain't our connections, but if they admitted this they may actually have to fix the game and they don't know how to at this point.

input delay has been awful for weeks now, its so random when it happens, I played my first 4 games of champs today and it was pretty good, the next 8 matches were awful reactions times from input on the controller were terrible, how anyone wins 15 games in fut champs is beyond, its been getting worse each year and this year is just unplayable for the most part, I have had enough!
