This would be your isp if you experience it in game and the other person does not and since so few are reporting an issue.
What exactly would I state to my ISP when I call them though if you don't mind me asking, and if you have a suggestion?
On their end they are most likely going to see that I am "within specs" of my current plan with them. Mind you that will most likely also be a good hour minimum of my time, so just curious on what a good response to them would be beside "someone on a game forum suggested I contact you"
