Issue with Disconnects and Black Screen

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report an ongoing issue I have been experiencing while playing FIFA, specifically during Division Rivals and FUT Champions matches.

Whenever I play these modes, I encounter a black screen and am immediately disconnected from the match. On some occasions, I am forced to close the game entirely, which often leads to a DNS error. This issue has been disrupting my gameplay, and it has made it extremely frustrating to enjoy the game.
