I recently encountered an issue while claiming my rewards. I worked hard to collect SP and aimed to complete the season early to claim my Icon Pick reward. However, due to a system issue, instead of receiving the Icon Pick, the game incorrectly selected the 87×10 Pack for me.

This mistake has caused me significant disappointment and frustration, as I put in the effort to complete the season ahead of others for the intended reward. I kindly request that you remove the 87×10 Pack from my account and restore my Icon Pick, which I had rightfully earned.
