Issue with Player Rating – Kvicha (Expected 96, Received 85)
Got Kvaratskhelia from a pack during the event — expected 96 OVR, got 85. Please fix this by giving correct version or fair coin compensation.

Same here, also got the same three repeated picks on all of my champs rewards (which happened to be the three worst players) so clearly there are several issues regarding packs and picks but I wouldn't hold your breath about EA actually doing anything about it.
