It won’t connect my account on fc25

Hello I can’t log in on my ea account on fc25 it saying I lost my online connection check your home network. You will not be able to access fc25 online features until you can reconnect to Ea servers. Go to ea.com/unable-to-connect to find out more an if I try to log in with a verification code it doesn’t send no code to the email an I don’t know how to charge the log in to my phone so that can send the code so I can play on it then thank you
