It's not possible to Connect to ultimate team. Now you will get back to main meu

I'm connected to EA servers on PS4 with the Ultimate Edition purchased. I'm on the main menu but can access ultimate team as a message says its not possible to connect to Ultimate Team, and takes you...

When i play offline it works normally on my laptop..but when i connect to ea and enter ultimateam it crushes and take me back to ea app...

my laptop have all the requirements of the game...please help
