I was playing friendlies with friends to complete the play 50 bronze and silver objectives. The game then kicked me off ultimate team. 15 hours later, whenever I play any game mode, offline or online on UT, when the game finishes I get an error message stating that EA servers cannot be contacted and it removes me from ultimate team again...
Any fixes or anyone else having the same problem?
I know cooldown periods have existed before for playing too many games / quitting games, but 15 hours is extortionate and EA Live chat has not helped at all.

I am getting the same problem, I have not lost 5 squad battle matches I had completed on world class difficultly , lost my win streak on rivals and 2 hours of my time trying to complete objectives within the game this is really not on
Everytime I want to get in Ultimate it shows a Message; in This moment you cant get in ultímate team, and it exit me out. What can i do?
Every time I try to enter ultimate team on ea fc 25, on my PS5 it kicks me out before I'm in, and it's only in one account, it doesn't allow me to enter from the web app or the companion app either.

I’m reaching out because I’ve been unable to access Ultimate Team in FC 25 for 5 days now, and it’s completely unacceptable. I paid for the Ultimate Edition to enjoy early access, yet I haven’t been able to play at all.
Every time I try to join Ultimate Team, the game crashes with no error code. This issue is specific to my account, as Ultimate Team works fine on other profiles on the same console. I've contacted EA Support multiple times, but all I get are generic responses and no real solutions.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem? What can I do to resolve this? I’m also seeking compensation for the time I’ve lost, as I paid extra for this early access.

I'm experience the same thing it started lastnight and since them I'm re install the game and it's still not working so now I've tried downloading the ps4 version too see what happenes, if u find a way please let me know.
Experiencing this as well.. seems as if it’s getting worse/more widespread now. Smh. I bought the ultimate edition today and hadn’t gotten to play a single game, only making tactics before being kicked. Can’t get anywhere near it now.

if you’re on PS5 follow steps 1-8 (including 8 specifically). Idk what fixed it for me, but some part of it did. Someone in the comments said step 8 worked for them. Share this around for ppl.

Whenever I connect to ultimate team/ servers the game crashes.
I already reinstalled, turned off the overlay thing, did everything I could and still cant play the game.

Happened to me for almost 4 weeks
Please help me, i being almost 4 days, with comunication error, i spoke 3 agents , just waiting nothing gets done, on ultimate team, i allows me to go in, but when i wanna play fut champions, rivals, or anthing else, it shows a comunication server error and kicks me out. I pay pre order basically for nothinggggg

It keeps telling me it can’t connect to the ea servers at this time.
I'm playing on PC through Steam, with very strong pc and with stable optic fiber connection over cable (evry other game works perfectly fine). On Ultimate Team, I get a lot of disconnect messages, freezes, crashes. Many times even after the game finished and I won, im getting disconnect meassage and when I back to ultimate team its says that I lost the game. And now I can't even start a game, i keep getting the meassage "It's not possible to Connect to ultimate team. Now you will get back to main menu." This is absolutely unplayble at this stage.
And yes i tried everything, rest the game, reset the pc, reset the router, I even completly format the entire computer and reinstall everything and nothing help!
