I’m writing to express my frustration with the early access version of FC 25. Despite purchasing the game early, I am unable to access Ultimate Team, which was one of the main reasons I got the game in advance. Every time I try to enter, I either get stuck or kicked out. Additionally, the companion app doesn’t work either, which only adds to my frustration.
My internet connection is perfectly fine, as other online modes are working without any issues. This clearly indicates that the problem lies within the Ultimate Team feature itself. Even on the rare occasion when I do manage to get into Ultimate Team, the game is incredibly laggy and I’m kicked out almost instantly.
It’s extremely disappointing to have these issues, especially after paying for early access. What’s the point of getting the game early if I can’t access the features that come with it? Can someone pls tell ,me if this is my ps5 problem or an EA problem

everytime i tried entering the game in the last 2 days, 100% of the time when i enter UT the game just crushes.
