It’s Ea problem I have the same problem

Hello!
I play on PS4 plataform and game was bought in PS Store.
I am not able to play UT nor any online feature such as rush, friendlies, etc
Please, we require a solution, since 20/09 we are dealing with a game that we are not able to play.

The steps above have not solved the issue. I am on Xbox series s, the error message is “connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu” and on the web app the error message is “We’re currently having trouble with login services. While we work in it, you can try to log in from your Console or PC to get the full Football Ultimate Team experience” The only mode I am unable to connect to is ultimate team, Earlier I played a game of pro clubs without issue. Thank you 🙂

Are you able to play Rush Mode with your EA ID, when I try it, not only I am not abre to play online, my ID is not show and gameplay shows "player 1'

Hello EA. I play on Plasytation 5, and the steps above haven't worked one bit. The message I get it 'Connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. Returning to menu.' This only happens with ultimate team and sometimes the season pass says isn't available for me to even view. Please fix this as I paid 90 pound or so for this. Thanks, 🙂
