If you are PlayStation or Xbox we recommend completing a full power cycle in addition to power cycling your router.

Sorry to ask, but continuing my statement above, How are you going to fix this problem? Will it be an update of some sorts? Sorry for being too big of a bother but I would really like to play ea fc 25 ultimate team. Thanks.

Hey, FC fans.
Are you all able to login to the web or companion app and delete the squad files you have set up, then try re-entering on the console?- GeneralBizzle1 year agoNew Rookie
I have logged in on the web app and phone app and deleted all squads and created new ones and it doesn't work.
Sometimes it can take several attempts to log in and when it does what ever you try to do it shows the error connecting message.

I tried that but it still says Connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. Returning to menu. Please help. Thanks.
- 1 year ago@letsallfly as a pc user.. when i enter the ultimate team, it crushes directly and takes me back to the EA app..till now 1 week i didnot play since i bough the ultimate edition..EA please help us with this

Hi there,
I cannot login to the EAFC 25 companion app either. It states I need to logout of my console ultimate team and that turning off the power will not log me out.
I try to enter ultimate team on my PS5 and it crashes the mode every time. I have reset my console, cleared cache, went into safe mode to no avail.
Not sure what else to do.
