Ive been hack

I've previously spoken to two advisors & they've both stated that there's been no suspicious activity on my account & that there's no proof of me ever having the coins(aprx 220k)/players that I'm saying are missing. I've attached an email you sent me last week about suspicious activity & you advised me to reset my password, I did so but funnily enough I've been hacked the following week? I woke up this morning & it wouldn't let me log into the companion app as it was saying my password was incorrect, it certainly wasn't the incorrect password! Once I'd reset my password & managed to log in, I noticed that my coin value was gone so I went ahead & checked my squad & realised all mu tradable players were gone! I noticed players in my quick sell recovery & transfer list that I hadn't listed, bought, sold or quicksold. The previous 2 advisors tried to tell me that Foden & Bellingham are still in my inventory, I stated that these could possibly be the loan version that I had? 1 advisor said that there was no history of me having salah or mendy but then the other said there's a transaction from when I bought mendy. I had gold rare tradable 89 Salah, 90 Bellingham, 88 Foden & 84 Mendy. I can not locate these players anywhere in my club, I have attached a screenshot of my squad which shows that I did have these players in my club! I've spent my hard earned money on this game to reward myself with the squad that I had, this is no longer the case! As its gone, disappeared, coins gone too!! My transfer profits dropped by over -1 million coins. There has to be something that evidences my point? Something, someone, somehow has managed to access my account & i really don't understand how as I have all the security options on that are possible. I have since updated the email on the ea account & untrusted all devices & added a secondary email!
