Just bought EA FC25 Special Edition and got no perks?

I received the EA FC Coins but I didn't receive the TOTW1 player or any other perks mentioned?

    Hey @po36,

    If you just purchased the ultimate edition of FC 25, then it only comes with the 4,600 FC points. Any other bonuses (Like the 250,000 clubs coins, Hero player, loan player, etc.) were pre-order exclusives.
