Keep being disconnected after finishing a game
Why do I keep being disconnected after finishing an ultimate team game? No matter what the mode is.

Moments works everything else doesn’t, I’ve tried loads of fixes that people have posted over previous years and nothing works, annoying thing is I was doing objectives with my friend and he hasn’t received the ban and we’ve done the same amount of game so I don’t know how they work it out
Both me and my brother got 1 hour soft ban yesterday during the games but we were still able to play rush during that ban. then after 1 hour we were able play everything as normal. Then late last night it bans me again but this time I can't play anything apart from moments.
I am in a squad battles game now to test if my ban is still active as it is now reached the 12 hour mark for me
