Kvara upgrades yet to come?

has anyone gotten confirmation that after all Ligue 1 games and the Coupe final are played that Kvara's Fantasy FC card will get the upgrades. I mean, they already won the league so he should already have gotten a boost for that. That fact concerns me and makes me think there is some kind of timer for Kvara and Marmoush and all the Fantasy FC items that have leagues or cups to win and that they won't receive boosts when they do. Which is stupid, because why put in the description that winning the cup or the league adds to more upgrades? PSG have won Ligue 1, where is Kvara's upgrade for that? It would give him another playstyle+ and another 99 stat...
