I see ea have sent out compo out to people but I’m yet to receive mine, I’ve known people who didn’t get disconnected and received it but I got disconnected and didn’t lose a game played

I also received the message but there was no compensation pack/pick in the store. Hope EA fixes the issue soon and gives me something good for the grind.
I got the compensation message twice now but there was nothing in my store about the player pick. Please get this corrected and send me the compensation. I feel extremely disappointed with the situation.
Got the same message just now for the third time but still nothing in the store pack. Please tell me what is wrong.
