LEWIS HALL EVO PROB

Did the first 2 Dynamic Defenders EVO with Lewis Hall Card got it to 88 rated and done all the 8 play styles EVO to make him eligible for Dynamic Defender 3 EVO but not able to do it, anyone else had this issue?
