Link my account earlier than selected date?

Today I wanted to swith my ea Acoount to another PSN account but  after unlinked my account I got that message that seid then I cant relink my account for next 6 month . Unfortunately, I didn't know about this terms of EA . How can I fix this problem and where can I send send my message to ea support directly?
